This 5 week course will help with soothing and calming your baby, as well as nurturing that beautiful bond between parent and infant. Each week will have a different focus and full routine to compliment: * Week 1 - Sleep & Relaxation * Week 2 - Wind, Colic & Constipation * Week 3 - Play * Week 4 - Coughs & Colds * Week 5 - Baby Reflexology All mats, towels, massage oils are included as well as refreshment and homemade cakes for grown ups.
